As we step into 2026, it feels like the right moment to re-introduce the technology and chemistry at the heart of every product we manufacture: The Titanvolt LTO Hybrid.
When we set out last year, we went looking for the industries currently stuck in a “sea of compromise.” We asked one simple question: Who wants a battery that offers ultimate safety, sustainability, and performance in every climate?
It turns out, a lot of people do.
From individual homes to high-rise developments, marine and mining truck applications, all the way to critical infrastructure for data centres and defence, Titanvolt’s core chemistry is enabling industries to finally cut out the compromise. The cell is the foundation of every battery platform, so we decided to start there.
At Titanvolt, we understand that in critical sectors like defence and national infrastructure, trust must be earned through rigorous evidence.
“Last year was a pivotal chapter for Titanvolt,” says CEO Neill Richardson. “We dedicated ourselves to independent validation, working alongside leading universities, Tier 1 manufacturers, and global customers to put our cells through the most demanding testing protocols possible. This wasn’t just about proving the technology works today; it was about ensuring that everything we say about our cell—and its future iterations—is backed by robust, independent data. Our partners don’t have to take our word for it; they can look at the validation from the world’s leading experts.”
Our “LTO Hybrid” strategy is not about producing multiple, disconnected cell types at once. It is a single, iterative technology roadmap that keeps Titanvolt at the forefront of the market.
We take our proven Lithium Titanate (LTO) base—the non-negotiable foundation of safety and longevity—and systematically integrate the best of global battery developments to solve specific industrial problems. By tweaking anode and cathode materials and adopting more efficient components, we continuously evolve our cell characteristics to meet the shifting needs of our partners.
This roadmap includes the strategic integration of semi-solid and dry-coated electrolytes. These are not “future concepts” but iterative steps that allow us to increase cell voltage, enhance power density, and improve cost-effectiveness. By integrating these innovations into our LTO foundation, we push the limits of performance without ever compromising the core safety and stability that define our technology.

Titanvolt leads the market in LTO energy density, power density, performance, and cost-effectiveness. Our pouch cell and low-profile form factor provide the scalability required for the world’s most demanding environments.
In 2026, Titanvolt is scaling to meet the global demand across six critical verticals. While each sector has unique requirements, they all share a single economic driver: The Titanvolt LTO Advantage.
By delivering a lifespan of up to 30,000 cycles, we are fundamentally altering the financial landscape of energy storage. Our technology brings the CAPEX down over the life of the project and pulls the payback on investment forward.
The future of energy is built on the cell. Why start anywhere else?
